My Astral Travel Course Recommendation – Steve G. Jones The Art Of Astral Projection Review

Synchronicity Of The Right People & Financial Opportunities:

A general (and positive) side effect of practicing Astral Projection is you become a beacon for the right stuff to come to you. I’m not sure a short explanation here can describe how you become one but you gotta try it. Personally its like glowing so much that you attract the people, the money, the experiences that really satisfies you.

Soothing, Relaxing, Sleeping Well:

The first thing you realize listening to Steve is how relaxed you feel, how well you sleep and how soothing his voice is. I sometimes find it hard to stay awake listening to his tracks especially after a hard long day at work. So when I can, I don’t lie down but sit up but heres the best part for me, even if I do fall asleep, my minds absorbing all of it. And personally I think its better. That way my conscious mind wont interfere with the absorption of information and the beneficial re-programming.

Important To Do A Background Check:

He’s got a lot of credentials under his sleeve so that immediately won my vote because you see its very easy to become a clinical hypnotherapist. It’s take a lot of studying and experience to be good at hypnotherapy. Check out his qualifications and experience while you’re visiting his site. I personally think one of the many reasons he rose to fame is because of his celeb client base.

Whats In The Boxes:

The Art Of Astral Projection gives you 2 levels, the Basic and the Advanced. I think they’ve broken it down to 2 parts because its really a huge amount of info. You can’t possibly pack it all into one product.

The thing though is you would need to go through the Basic program before you go through the Advanced. I saw one chap mention in the members area say he didn’t know how to astral project so if you are a complete beginner you’d need both. He had bought the advanced without buying the beginners package.

Basic (‘Explorations Beyond The Body’) – includes 2 boxes. Box1 has 14 modules and Box 2 has 9 modules + 6 bonuses.

Box 1 has 3 meditation tracks I particularly like and use (go to CDs 1, 7 and 14) and Box 2 ‘Explorations Intensive’ has a meditation track on CD 1 which I also find useful.

For The Complete Newbie:

In ‘Explorations Beyond The Body’, I feel Steve could’ve gone without a lot of the information he provided but I’m glad he’s shared what he does know. I see that often in people who’ve gathered a lot of information and experience over the years. They just have so much to talk about sometimes going off tangent. Steve discusses Auras, Psychic Abilities, DNA Activation, Positive Affirmations & Creative Visualizations in the Basic teachings. This I found quite generous because its not really required to get a start on for your first astral projection. These additional chapters supplemented the metaphysical and esoteric research I do anyway so its worth the money I paid.

For The Intermediate User:

‘Advanced Journeys’ does an excellent job for those already acquainted with trials or a few successful astral travels. My favorite is his coverage of traveling with others and past life travels. I wasn’t very keen on exploring past life regression but he generated an interest on this topic.

Personal Benefits:

1. Helped Me Meditate Better:

Both programs go hand in hand with your regular meditation rituals especially if you are already familiar with the concept of meditation. I use the Delta Track every single day. Remember I said I’m a meditation junkie? I love going to Alpha…I get the tingles, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I sometimes see these beautiful colored spots, sometimes I feel like I’m levitating. I just come out of meditation knowing that whatever I have visualized will come to pass.

2. Gave Me That Much-Needed Push To Finally Astral Project:

Like most people, I just wasn’t able to even after reading a lot of free info available off the net (some of it is good, most of it isn’t very helpful!) Even with the 7 Step Rope Technique which you can read about at his blog entry, I didn’t even know what I was doing wrong.

3. All Under One Roof:

That’s why I decided to get with a program which was comprehensive enough. I guess some of the info can be found on the internet but I was really tired looking through countless sources. I just threw my hands up in the air and said ‘I need something which teaches it all. I’m done filtering through crap.’ The Art Of Astral Projection was like a university textbook and all I had to do was tick my way through it all one by one.

4. Got Rid Of My Fear Of Negative Elementals:

I’ll be honest. I was really scared of confronting one and though I had read the underground secrets, I guess I was scared of stuff I’d seen in ‘The Exorcist’. ‘Paranormal Activity’ and I just figured it was dabbling in something I shouldn’t experiment with. Steve goes into a lot of detail in theory and in his guided audio eliminating the fear and most importantly, explaining the whats and hows. What if someone approaches you, you’re totally scared that theyre following you around? You gotta hear Steves story about the very first time he came across a dark presence that followed him every single time he projected and how he got rid of it.

5. Technical Enough:

I often find that some products do a terrible job by just touching the surface and that’s so frustrating. And I’ll tell you how they get’ya, they fill up half their pdf’s and mp3’s with stories. I’ve not paid money to listen to some guy make progress. If I wanted to I’d just real testimonials (most of which I don’t trust anyway). What I like about Steve is he’s modest. He doesn’t waste time. He knows what he wants to teach and he teaches it well. It covers the terminology, the how-to’s, the supplementary information, the explanations, the examples.

6. Knowledge About Energy Work:

The most common reason behind failure in astral projection and manifesting is not being aware about the importance of energy work and practicing it. He describes it in depth and why its related to both, especially useful is his explanation on chakras and kundalinis. Previous to his program I hadn’t a clue about these terms or their affects on my attempts in astral projection. I knew the benefits of astral projection which I’ve written about over here but Steve’s program gave me a couple of ideas and cleared a few doubts along the way. I find him articulate and thorough in his coverage of topics giving me a deeper understanding rather some frivolous piece of compilation. I’m quite picky so if I find someones voice nasal or plain annoying I just drop the product after one listen. I’m sorry but if you’re there to service a customer you’ve got to have a pleasant voice to listen to especially if you are going to

include it in your daily mental workout. I know I know, I do focus a lot on the voice but when you have been relying on guided meditation and audio books for knowledge and relaxation, then you do get picky because you come across the worst & the best.
