So Far, How Has YOUR Subconscious Mind Has Been Programmed?
Your subconscious mind programming determines your perception about the reality you live in; it limits and widens your belief system, which is a whole set of beliefs about what you are able to do and unable to do.
If you keep feeding your belief system or subconscious mind with information about your strength and capability then more positive scenarios play out in your life but if you are always working with misguided erroneous conceptions about your true power, you ultimately limit your potential success. You remain keeping away abundance in your life, any time of abundance, from wealth to health. You don’t get what you want consciously, because your subconscious mind has been programmed with a limited vision through the misconceptions you have attained since your childhood. Success will not come to you unless you believe through your subconscious mind that you will be successful.

# 1 – Determine How Your Day Is Going To Go Just By Wishing It This Way…
YOU decide how your day is going to go based on what energy you feed, you can either continue focusing on the positive or the negative events that unfold in your day or you can steer the direction to how YOU want your day to look. Have you noticed how when a few things go bad, it feels like everything’s going wrong that day and you just label it as Murphy’s Law? Some other days it feels like everything just goes right, is perfectly aligned and synchronized for you. Did you know that it’s the snowball effect – the more you keep focusing on the good or the bad, the more of it is manifested?
Most people do not have any command over their daily happenings. They are like victims of whatever their day throws at them. Whatever happens they react & react some more, and just accept it as fate, as something that was ‘meant to happen’. If negativity was meant to be, then why not manifest some of the delicious positivity and say THAT was meant to be? Things can go so different if you take control of your day, simply by wishing, focusing, affirming, breathing, taking it one day at a time. Desire away and visualize exactly how YOU want your day to go when you get up in the morning. This time of day, when you just get out of the sleep state is the best time to almost, transmit signals to your subconscious mind. Your wish must be firm and positive. Now, you are in control, and your intentions will manifest. Make it a routine.
# 2 – Alter Your Daily Activities. Too Simple? Wait Till You Read This…
As your subconscious mind is programmed largely through your activities with your usual surroundings and environment, some adjustment in your daily activities will contribute strikingly in reprogramming your subconscious mind. Here is such a list that you may consider following:
- Choose to hang out with people who share positive views, and who are successful in their life, and live ample lifestyles. Staying in company of such people will inspire you to be successful.
- Choose to read, watch, listen to and absorb positive and empowering information from appropriate positive and / or funny material.
- Choose to really enjoy those comedy television programs and movies.
- Choose to indulge in watching some nature based documentaries – think National Geographic & Discover Channel.
- Avoid hobnobbing with people who have a negative outlook. Remember the proverb, “A man is known by the company he keeps”.
- Avoid watching television shows that are full of crime and negative emotions. Continuous exposure to so much negative of crime tv shows and “sad” dramas will really bring you down. Avoid at all costs. Switch to the funnies. Test this theory out for yourself? How do you feel after watching Stand Up Comedy and how do you feel after watching ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’?
- Avoid reading and watching the news on your telly.
Opt for non-mainstream non-biased positive stuff!
# 3 – Asserting What You Want With The Uber-Popular Positive Affirmations…
One of the predominant reasons for failure in life is negative thinking born out of your subconscious mind; thus, to beat the problem, you need to insert and sprinkle positive thinking throughout your day. Positive affirmations are a very effective tool to communicate positive messages to your subconscious mind. By infusing continuous positive statements throughout your day, your belief system gets empowered gradually, and ultimately refines your attitude and curbs your tendency to focus on the negative in your day to day activities.
Every situation in life can be seen either from a positive or negative angle; Positive affirmations is almost like seeing everything from a positive standpoint, and saying ‘yes’ to everything, accepting and letting go.
Because the subconscious mind can concede the present only, you should always ensure your Personal Positive Affirmations are in the present tense. For instance, use “I am living in my new apartment’ instead of, “I will buy a new apartment in the coming year”. Moreover, your subconscious mind does not see things in – the future; only the “now” is acceptable. Therefore, focus on “I am” or “I have”, which will be a powerful tool to reprogram your subconscious mind.
Also be sure not to expose your subconscious mind to negative statements. Use the most strongest and assertive positive words instead of probabilities, for instance use “will” in lieu of “may or might”. To intensify your mind’s connection with your subsequent aspirations, use defining words, and repeat your statement again and again, as much as you can.
You can exercise the affirming of positive affirmations silently to yourself. It doesn’t necessarily have to be out loud all the time, though I feel hearing yourself say it is more powerful. So when you get the chance, say your positive affirmations or statements loudly several times in front of the mirror. Sounds cheesy but this will trigger a stronger connection with your subconscious mind more effectively. Through this exercise you are in fact talking with your subconscious mind, and letting your subconscious mind know that these are your set of desires you want to be brought into fruition.
Also ensure your positive affirmations are consistent with the belief system of your subconscious mind; otherwise, it will not serve its function or not function properly. The subconscious minds processing system is far more powerful than the conscious minds processing system. Therefore, if your positive affirmations say something which goes against the subconscious mind’s belief, your subconscious mind will not accept it. So if you say “I am wealthy, and I have immense wealth”, but your subconscious mind believes that you are poor, and you don’t have any wealth at all, then your positive affirmations will not work, simply because you are delivering contradictory signals to your subconscious mind.
In such a situation, definitely, beliefs of the subconscious mind will overrule or override your conscious mind’s statement. However, you can get out of this condition by yanking out and eliminating your old limiting beliefs of your subconscious mind or reprogramming your subconscious mind through the use of other techniques which we will discuss in just a moment. Remember, that reprogramming your subconscious mind will enable you to infuse new assertive statements matching with your preferences and end desires. If you you the time to first get to the root of the problem, that is, find out and squash negative beliefs, the next time round your subconscious mind will not turn down the positive affirmations as the old belief system has been squashed through the subconscious reprogramming.
