Project Win/Win Concept in your Subjective Communication:
The right brain hemisphere usually deals with universal concepts, while the left brain hemisphere is more analytical. When you’re doing subjective communication, don’t try to be analytical. But instead, only project Win/Win concepts. You must consider the recipient of your communication as an equal. Don’t criticize! That would be counterproductive. You just have to offer suggestions which you have to imagine the recipient to be agreeing with. During your Project Win/Win exercise, any frown or negative emotions might affect the recipient. Just stick to the positive aspects of why you want them to agree with your wish. Moreover, do not use this innate ability to subjectively communicate frequently and do not direct it to the same person frequently. Just use it for a couple of days and then take a break. Over-broadcasting of the same ideas may be counterproductive.
